It’s fine to stare.

BMW took 20 years to create the 8Series, and it is finally here. The stylish two-door model, which replaces the 6 Series Coupe, made its debut at Le Mans last Friday. Now it is making headlines again thanks to promotional footage showing the M850i version ready to win all the beauty pageants.

This trio of videos allows us to share fun facts about the new 8 Series. For example, it has the smallest headlights BMW has ever installed on a production vehicle. Bavarians consider the absence of rear headrests to be a wasteful feature, as the rear seats are very low.

The new BMW 8 Series is a great choice for tech-lovers. It supports over-the air updates and integrates software like Skype for Business or Microsoft Office 365. The new generation head-up display has a 16 percent larger projection area, more content and sleek new 3D graphics.

There are many ways that a customer can quickly increase the price of an 8 Series, as you would expect from a premium high-end car. BMW will offer the luxurious coupe with a 16 speaker, 1,375-watt Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround sound system, glass applications for some controls, and an M Sport Package.
