One-percenters make difficult choices We don’t believe so.
Hypercars and supercars are expensive. Everyone knows this. For example, the Huracan Evo coupe is the most affordable Lamborghini . It starts at about $208,000, with more options available.
The Bugatti Chiron raises that ridiculous pricing to a whole new level. A Chiron’s starting price is in the millions, assuming you are one of the few qualified to build it. You’ll need to pay an additional $222,500 if you want the Chiron in Blue Royal Carbon livery.
This is according to GTBoard who posted a list with options for a Bugatti Chriron on its Facebook page. The 273-mph Bugatti Chiron Super Sport costs $3,825,000, and the list is limited to nine slots. Sorry.
According to the list, the special blue color is the most costly option. However, the W16 supercar’s other upgrades are not cheap. Sky View adds a glass roof to the Chiron and is priced at $62,000. This is way more than the brand-new 2022 Volkswagen GolfR.
This is the dilemma these one-percenters face. They have two options: buy a Chiron Super Sport with Sky View or choose a non-paid color option. Then, get a Huracan Evo for the spouse, and a Golf R to their favorite child. It’s a difficult choice.
We don’t believe that the high prices of these cars are a problem. Even those who are wealthy enough to own a Bugatti. It’s still an interesting fact for us non-Bugatti owners.
