The brand was launched on the Old continent with serious ambitions during the 2021 IAA in Munich. The Ora Cat has yet to be homologated for European Union sales. The Wheelsboy channel of YouTube took a closer look at the Cat electric vehicle. The exact car they tested is actually from the GT trim. This model is due to be released in Europe sometime next year. The exterior color of the EV is sky blue with contrast black and red stripes on its roof and hood. This is the sportier version. The wheels have red accents and black calipers. This is not all. All of the car has some type of plastic cladding with carbon fibre finish, including on the wheel arches and side skirts. The GT is distinguished from the regular model by a large fixed spoiler at its rear and other details. The Cat GT (also known as the Good Cat GT in China ) is a strange mix of a retro look and modern sportsy touches. However, you are likely to be more interested in what lies beneath the skin. The electric vehicle is equipped with a front-mounted motor that produces 169 horsepower (126kilowatts) and 184 pounds-feet (250 Newton meters) of torque. The 48-kWh or 63-kWh batteries provide the motor with electric energy. This battery packs can be used to power the vehicle for 209 miles (336 km), or 261 miles (405 km) according to the WLTP cycle. This powertrain is more powerful than the one found on the standard Ora.
