Italian design house transforms the Jaguar into the VintageGT with throwback cues back to the glory days Gran Turismo.
Panzani Design, an Italian tuner, wanted to give the Jaguar S Type R a new heart and created the Vintage GT.
Florence’s coach-builder has been in business for over 50 years, doing “extreme personalization.” It adds a wider body kit with wheel arches, widened bumpers and wider bumpers to increase the S Type R’s stance by 100mm. But that’s just the beginning.
The front bumper has air intakes and wire mesh trim to give the headlights a 70s-inspired look. The bonnet also has gills and the front spoiler contains LED daytimers. New LED taillights are mounted at the rear in round, 70s-Italian supercar styling.
The sides of the Vintage GT are also decorated with side skirts and air intakes located behind the front wheel arches.
Panzani has created a new, intense gray lava color for all body paneling.
The wheels are 10×20-inchers at each end in 255/35R20 tires and 12×20-inchers at each end with 305/30R20 rubber tires. The suspension can also be lowered by 40mm.
The interior features a leather and Alcantara cabin with original stitching. This continues the exterior theme.
Florence is a city that has its own flair.
