It is stylish and modern.
Three electric vehicles were introduced by Foxconn earlier this week. Yes, Foxconn is the Apple iPhone manufacturer. The Model C compact crossover, Model T bus and Model E sedan were all introduced. The sedan was created in collaboration with Pininfarina. This is an Italian design house. Although the debut video didn’t show much, a new video posted on the Pininfarina YouTube channel shows a brief overview of the car and a glimpse inside.
The exterior design is striking with smart surfaces on the front, rear fascias, and door. These surfaces allow the car interact with its environment by displaying “Hello” and directing bicyclists. This vehicle is designed to be a luxurious vehicle with bold, elegant lines and elegant lighting.
Pininfarina claims that the Model E, also known as a Foxtron and rated at 750 horsepower (559kilowatts), can travel 62 miles per an hour (100 km per hour) in just 2.8 seconds. The range is 750 km (435 miles).
The interior features a wrap-around design that runs from the front doors to the pillar and on to the rear doors. As you approach the vehicle, facial recognition is enabled. However, the main feature of the interior is the wrap-around screens that contain the instrument cluster and the infotainment screen. There is also a screen to the left which houses the side-view camera.
Although details are still scarce on many features of the car, what the company has displayed looks very impressive. The Model E and two other electric vehicles from the company are expected to go on sale in 2023. None of these three vehicles will make it to the US or any other country. Unless Apple Car rumors prove true, the new model will be limited to Taiwan. We think a privacy-focused electric vehicle with all the latest features is a winner.
