Four different BMW models were used to make the parts of this wagon
BMW will be developing the first M3 wagon. This will allow enthusiasts to create their own super sedan. The M3 will not be available until next year so there is plenty of aftermarket options for any long-roofed M3’s. The UK’s West Midlands Police Department was aware of this and focused their investigation on a brightly colored M3 wagon that they saw at an auto show. Officers found that the build was made from stolen parts.
The car was seized by police last November. The M3’s running gear was stolen from two M3 sedans. One was taken from a car showroom in 2019, while the other was stolen in 2018. The M3 wagon body was constructed from two other BMW wagons. It also has a panoramic roof. This makes it a dangerous, but beautiful, vehicle. The best looks can only take you so far.
The West Midlands Police claimed that the M3 was an “award winning show car”, but it wasn’t enough for the police to save the vehicle from being crushed. The fake M3 was destroyed by the police. It was captured on film and uploaded to the department’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. It was painful to see the car being turned over and tossed in the shredder. The build quality was excellent. It was all you would expect from an M3 wagon’s design.
The car’s crushing serves as a friendly reminder that you need to make sure you know what you are buying. There are many aftermarket tuners and builders who do excellent work every day. However, a few can take advantage of enthusiastic enthusiasts to spoil the fun. It’s possible that the M3’s owner did not know his vehicle contained stolen parts. However, this doesn’t stop the UK and other police from destroying the vehicles. Stolen means stolen and the result is another victim of criminals.
