The GT2 RS is a full sec faster than the Carrera in sprints from 0-60 mph (96 km/h), 3.7 seconds vs 4.7 seconds. The GT2 RS’s numbers are even more impressive and more dissimilar. The GT2 RS can reach 150 mph (241 km/h), in 15 seconds, compared to 28.7 seconds for the Carrera.
It takes about twice as long to get the same product for approximately the same price. Some may argue that this is a balance.
The GT2 RS comes standard with adjustable dampers. They allow the GT2 RS to out-handle the Carrera while staying ahead of it on track.
The GT2 RS’s EUR199,500 price is still lower than the EUR104,935 for Carrera GTS. However, 500 GT2 RS units are sold out by Porsche.
