Two years free charging for buyers at the Hockenheimring Porsche Experience Center
The Porsche Taycan GTS Hockenheimring Edition celebrates its 90th anniversary. Special perks are also available for buyers of this model who visit circuit.
Taycan GTS Hockenheimring Edition has a Stone Grey body. It comes from Porsche’s custom color program. It has beige and gold tones. Exterior features include Bronzite accents. This is a close cousin to Stone Grey and can be found on the sill trim, as well as the rear diffuser insert. The B-pillar houses a badge identifying the 90 Hockenheimring Edition and a drawing of track layout.
The Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur outfits this cabin in black leather and Island Green contrast stitching. The cabin is decorated with Paldao open pores wood trim. Bronzite is the color of the gearshift, cup holders and air vents. The door opens and the Hockenheimring shape and emblem appear on the ground.
Stone Grey is the key color, just like the car’s exterior. It features the same Hockenheimring drawing and “90” emblem as the puddle light.
This edition does not have any powertrain modifications. The GTS is between the 4S (and Turbo) in the Taycan lineup. Launch control allows the EV to reach 60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.5 seconds. The dual electric motors produce 590 horsepower (440 kilowatts). The battery’s capacity is 93.4 kilowatts per hour.
To improve performance, the GTS has modifications to the air suspension as well as the brakes. Optional carbon-ceramic brakes may be used.
The Taycan GTS Hockenheimring Edition is available in Germany as well as other European markets. Motor1.com reached out Porsche representatives in the United States. They confirmed that the model was not coming to the US.
This special edition model comes with two years free charging and access to Porsche Experience Center at Hockenheimring. They will also be able to park at the Porsche Experience Center Fruhschicht events each month.
