Both receive new bodywork but the 911 gets a power boost.
Brabus tuned two Porsches to excite enthusiasts. Brabus tuned the two Porsches, the Taycan Turbo S as well as the 911 Turbo S. Brabus offers two songs for the 911 Turbo S Convertible and coupe. The P38S720 upgrade increases Porsche’s 3.8-liter flat-6 to 720 horsepower (520 kilowatts), and 664 poundfeet (6900 Newton-meters), of torque. This is an increase from the car’s original output of 650 horsepower (478 kW) or 541 lbft (801 Nm) of torque.
The P38S-820 upgrade increases power to 820 HP (603 kW), as the name suggests. The car’s torque is also increased to 701 lbft (950 Nm). Brabus’ auxiliary controller unit for the engine, Brabus, is used in both packs. It adjusts the injection, ignition and boost pressure.
This visual upgrade keeps the power under control and allows for an increase in performance. Brabus has redesigned the front fascia, which reduces front-axle lift but does not affect active aerodynamics. The rear features a large diffuser that has cutouts for four Inconel tailpipes measuring 3.9 inches (100 millimeters).
Brabus offers the 911 Turbo S tuned with 21- and 22 inch staggered wheels. The tuner offers a choice of matte or high-gloss finishes for its carbon pieces and glazing for various interior components.
While the Taycan upgrades may be visually appealing, they are not only for show. Brabus has added new bodywork such as its carbon front splitter, which reduces front-axle lift when driving at high speeds. To reduce rear-axle lift, a three-piece rear spoiler is used and a new rear diffusor does the same. Brabus is big on carbon, and the tuner uses the material for the front camera surround, rocker sills and many other things.
Brabus uses 22-inch, 10-spoke wheels and adjusts the adaptive air suspension to lower electric Porsche 20 millimeters (0.8 in). Brabus also adds unique touches inside, such as the aluminum pedals and branded scuff plates. Brabus can also glaze interior components such as switches, air vents and other parts. The tuner offers carbon trim all throughout.
