Acceleration runs This latest video, which showcases its thousands of horses and features a shotgun passenger – Buddy Wyrick, a Los Angeles producer and hypercar enthusiast. Jerod Shelby, founder and CEO of SSC North America, is on the helm. This gives Wyrick a first-hand account of what it’s like to ride in the hypercar, which costs a million dollars. At first, it was a casual shotgun drive.

The video embedded at the top shows Wyrick’s incredible reactions. Wyrick even looked at one point as if he was afraid for his life. This is the last part of the six minute footage. Although we cannot imagine how it felt, Wyrick’s reactions make us wonder if Wyrick will ever be able to get one. In case you didn’t know, the Tuatara has a 5.9-liter twin turbocharged flat-plane crank V8 that produces 1,750 horsepower (1.305 kilowatts), on E85, and 1,350 horsepower (1007 kW), on 91 octane. It weighs in at 2,750 pounds (1.247 kilograms) dry and has a drag coefficient (0.279). The Tuatara’s ability to accelerate from 60 to 120 mph (96 – 193 km/h in ) is another reason for its popularity. It is mind-boggling and can cost as high as $2 million. We won’t be buying one. At least not in this lifetime.
