Jerod Shelby, founder and CEO of SSC North America, is on the helm. This gives Wyrick a first-hand account of what it’s like to ride in the hypercar, which costs a million dollars. At first, it was a casual shotgun drive.
The video embedded at the top shows Wyrick’s incredible reactions. Wyrick even looked at one point as if he was afraid for his life. This is the last part of the six minute footage. Although we cannot imagine how it felt, Wyrick’s reactions make us wonder if Wyrick will ever be able to get one. It weighs in at 2,750 pounds (1.247 kilograms) dry and has a drag coefficient (0.279). The Tuatara’s ability to accelerate from 60 to 120 mph (96 – 193 km/h in ) is another reason for its popularity.
