Although the car is in good condition, a family photo of the loved one is missing.
A loud and fast Dodge Challenger Hellcat is the ideal vehicle for Fast and Loud star Richard Rawlings. Although he had one, it was actually the second Hellkitty he built. However, it was stolen by Richard Rawlings last September around his Dallas home. In his quest to get it back, , the consummate car guy and reality TV star , took to social media . However, the additional eyes and ears didn’t help. It didn’t happen right away.
Rawlings shared on his Instagram account that the black muscle car was in his possession again a few weeks ago. Although the posts don’t provide much information on Hellcat’s condition, they do show that it is quite dirty. The article also includes a YouTube video from Gas Monkey garage that offers more information. It was taken right at the moment Rawlings was reunited with the car.
It was discovered parked on a Dallas industrial lot where it had been sitting for some time. Rawlings noticed that the car smelled a little like marijuana. A further inspection of the trunk revealed interesting bags of unidentified substances which would be of interest for Dallas police. The car’s front was also damaged, which suggests that it was either thrown off the curb or airborne. It’s easy to reach takeoff speeds with the supercharged V8 of 707 horsepower.
Rawlings was filming Fast and Loud at the time of the call. He immediately went to the scene with a full crew to capture the reunion. Unfortunately, the family photo was stolen from the car. There are still outstanding issues with the insurer since the claim was filed and paid. It’s rare to find a stolen car, and with Rawlings stating that this is the second Hellcat production, there is certainly an extra attachment. This ride can be restored to its original condition with minor mechanical work and paint corrections.
