The McLaren P1 GTR track-only hybrid hypercar was intended to replace the McLaren P1 GTR . Owners of the powerful race car did not like the restrictive operating rules. They converted their cars into road-legal vehicles, giving them freedom to travel wherever they pleased. One such road-legal McLaren made it to Carlink International. This company specializes in high-end cars. Mr JWW’s YouTube channel was able to take the road-legal, road-legal P1 GTR to the Autobahn.
It lacks many creature comforts that hypercars have today, such as insulation and glass side windows. The P1 GTR lacks all of these features, making it very loud on the German highway. While legal requirements such as plates were added, some track-specific features were left behind like rear fog lights or the air inlet to the underbody jacks.
