Turkish automotive designer Ugur Shin recently presented his version of the Rolls Royce Jonckheere Aerodynamic Coupe.
Jonckheere Works, Belgium, designed the original car in 1935. What remains of that company is currently producing bodies for buses and cars. Ugur Sahin was asked to bring a new look to their most beloved project.
It’s not easy to give a 77-year old car a fresh look. But Ugur Sahin managed to pull it off with a massive front grille redesign and new round doors that pay homage to the original model. It has a similar bold design at the rear, with only a few minor changes that don’t alter the car’s overall appearance or proportions.
Ugur Sahin is currently in negotiations with potential investors to construct a unique car.
