It looks like a Mad Max-style posh monster.
Rolls-Royce modified cars are rare and expensive, which is understandable. Rolls-Royce offers a variety of bespoke options to its customers, allowing them to create their own unique vehicles. A second, and perhaps more compelling, reason is that Rolls-Royce can ban you from purchasing another Rolls-Royce if your vehicle is modified.
However, this didn’t stop a 2004 Rolls-Royce Phantom owner from making it into a monster of a vehicle. He converted it to a 6×6-dark-horse-horse conversion to make it ready for the Mad Max sequel. Although we have seen many crazy 6×6 conversions, like the Apocalypse Dark Horse Ford Bronco6x6, the Phantom 6×6 is by far the most bizarre.
Danton Arts Kustoms performed the conversion. The French company had to remove the Phantom’s rear door and use a 2005 BMW 7 Series body to extend it. They also used the 7er’s rear axle to add two more wheels.
As you can see, the result is an offroad monster. It has aluminum extended fenders and yellow lights (and light bars), as well as a set of 24 inch wheels. This is something we didn’t expect from Rolls-Royce. Is the world going mad? We believe so.
There is not much aftermarket inside, aside from the re-leathered leather upholstery and the small amount of crocodile or snake leathers in front. You can even find the original Rolls-Royce umbrella hidden within the doors.
Under the hood, the 453-hp V12 engine is still there. It doesn’t need any modifications, except for the extra bling.
