For the winner, there is a chauffeur-driven ride back to school for the driver.

The Rolls-Royce crabmobile is a concept you may have heard about. We don’t believe so.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars recognizes that children have their own visions of future automobiles. Just like when we were asked to draw cars as kids, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars also understands this. Rolls-Royce created the Young Designer Competition to encourage imagination and reduce boredom caused by the current coronavirus epidemic.

Children aged 16 or below can enter the contest to design the Rolls-Royce they want. The company encourages these children to let their imaginations run wild – just as the Rolls-Royce Crabmobile submission above.

Just like the previous one, the winning entry will receive a rendered illustration and – get this – a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce ride on the winner’s first day of school. This ride will be given to the child’s best friend. The Chief Executive Officer Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Torsten Muller-Otvos will sign a certificate for the runners-up.

One lucky entry from the U.K., will also be selected. This prize will include a special prize. The school will also receive a chauffeur-driven ride to school. The school will be able to take part in the Greenpower Challenge, a motorsport competition open to schools throughout Britain.

Rolls-Royce Young Designer Competition Microsite is open to all interested children. The Rolls-Royce Design Team will then judge the entries.
