Ultimate Aero will attempt to overthrow the Bugatti Veyron SUPER Sport’s top speed record.
The Shelby Supercars Ultimate Aero, the next generation of Shelby Supercars Ultimate Aero, will be available next month. It is determined to defeat the Bugatti Super Sport and become the fastest road car in the world.
Although we don’t yet know what the next Ultimate Aero will have under its bonnet, it will require more horsepower than the 1,183 horsepower the previous Ultimate Aero TT provided – the record-holder.
In the race for supercar maker top-dog status, the Aero TT had already broken a Veyron record with a top speed exceeding 255 mph/410 km/h.
Jason Castriota, the creator of the Maserati GranTurismo’s Ulimate Aero, has said that the Ulimate Aero will need to have improved power and aerodynamics in order to succeed. We are still waiting for details about these improvements.
