The Corvette’s 369 kilowatts (395 horsepower) is significantly less than the Charger Hellcat Widebody, which produces 707 horsepower (527 kW). The ‘Vette is lighter than the Dodge at 950 pounds (431 kg). The Chevy is also significantly more aerodynamic than the sedan’s boxy design. Traction advantages are also available with the mid-engined Chevy.
