To prevent outside noises from entering, the producer explained that double-glazed windows were used on the windshield and side windows. The Genesis sedan inspired the interior. It features leather seats and wooden trim on the dashboard, door panels, and electronic systems like the adaptive smart cruise controller, forward collision warning system, lane departure warning system, and blind-spot detection. Standard equipment includes 9 airbags and 18-inch alloy wheels.

Two V6 petrol engines provide power: a 3.0-liter unit producing 270 PS (199kW) and 310Nm (229lb-ft), and a 3.3 liter unit producing 294 PS (1216kW) and 346Nm (3255lb-ft). They are connected to a 6-speed manual transmission with paddle shifters that drives the front wheels.

Hyundai Aslan will be in South Korea by the end of this month. Prices start at 39.9 million won (around 37,000 US dollars). The manufacturer hopes to sell 22,000 units next year.
