This trio is joined by the Solterra STI, the 1,074-horsepower STI E-RA and the Solterra STI E-RA electric racing car.
Sedan, coupe, or wagon? Subaru will have something for everyone at Tokyo Auto Salon 2022. For the Japanese equivalent of SEMA, the BRZ, WRX and Levorg were upgraded with a variety of STI tweaks. TAS’s booth is quite crowded since the three vehicles share the spotlight alongside the 1,073-horsepower STI E–RA electric race car, and a Solterra modified by Subaru Tecnica International.
Levorg, WRX and BRZ all have the “Performance” suffix. Only the coupe is classified as a custom vehicle. Technically, the other two show cars are concept/show cars. All three have a more aggressive appearance thanks to STI’s add ons. It will be a disappointment that the high-performance sedan was sold in JDM. The WRX SS4 (with rear wiper) still features the crossover-esque plastic body covering on the wheel arches.
All three models get a variety red exterior accents and chunky rear wings for WRX and BRZ. The Levorg sportswagon is our favorite, and Subaru should sell it in more countries. It’s currently only available in Australia, aside from Japan. WRX Sportswagon It packs the sedan’s 271 horsepower (202 kW), and 258 lbf (349 Nm) boxer engine. The WRX concept is likely to be a glimpse into Subaru’s future STI model. It is expected that it will arrive sooner than anticipated. The BRZ will be subject to new exciting versions that mirror its predecessor, such as Japan’s tS STI which arrived in the United States.
