Subaru has released teaser images of the 2015 Forester STi, which will debut on November 25,
We saw the Forester STi/tS concept at Suzuka’s track last month, and now it looks like a production version will also be available. It’s unclear at this time if the Forester will be sold in Japan or if Subaru will sell it internationally.
We do know that the vehicle will have a beefier body, with larger STi-branded brakes and wheels, a front spoiler lip, red accents inside and out, and Galaxy Blue Pearl body paint. It will also feature a sportier suspension system.
The enhanced appearance will be matched by a stronger engine, but it is still unknown what its identity might be. It is unlikely that it will be the turbocharged 4-cylinder 2.5-liter turbocharged engine boxer from the STi, which produces 305 bhp (227kW) and 393 Nm (393 lb-ft), as the Forester will produce a little less.
On November 25, 2015, the Subaru Forester STi 2015 will be revealed.
