A Jimny on six wheels is the best thing for the roads.

The new Suzuki Jimny has been a huge success. Sales of the off-roader are strong in markets where it is available. The automaker is also showing the vehicle’s tuning potential by using cool concepts such as the Jimny Survive Study from last month. A 6×6 version is something we have not yet seen, but thanks to a new rendering, it is now possible. At least, in virtual reality.

The overall dimensions of the Jimny are slightly larger to accommodate the extra axle. The body is shaped as a pickup truck.

Since the new Jimny is only six months old, it’s not yet possible to know if Suzuki plans to introduce a six-wheeler to the market. We think it won’t happen, even if it does, because there is very little demand for an off-roader with six wheels.
