This may be the most creative and funny car commercial ever.
Poor Tyrannosaurus Rex. He was once the king of all the animals he surveyed and the largest, most dangerous predator in the country. He is revered and feared equally.
But times change. He tried to adapt with them, but he wasn’t made for modern times. He was struck down by a series of unfortunate events that turned his fear and reverence into laughter, and even derision.
He was sent down a spiral that seemed to have no end. He was saved by technology, which compensated for his mistakes and gave him a new lease of life.
That technology was Audi’s piloted driver system, as it was fitted to and RS7. His feet might be too large to use the pedals and his arms may not be long enough to reach the steering wheel. The autonomous driving technology takes care of everything. It saved his life. It’s always fun to hang your tail out of the windows of moving cars.
Although it sounds like a typical human-interest story on a local news station, it’s actually a brilliant promotion for Audi’s piloted autonomous driving car technology. It’s funny and very emotional, conveying the message much better than any number lap records would.
