Although Nissan has been very quiet since the August world premiere of its new Z, more content is appearing on the internet as the market launches for the sports car. Byron Glover Jr., Drive 615, was invited to ride shotgun on a prototype for the 370Z’s successor. Paul Hawson (Nissan product planner for sports cars), drove the highly anticipated coupe. He was also part of a group heading to Tennessee.
Two 2023 Zs are captured on video, one with a Boulder Gray manual gearbox and the other with an automatic. YouTuber took a seat in the passenger seat of the latter, which was a test vehicle with manufacturer plates as production-ready cars are yet to arrive in the United States. The Z is, as expected, a lot more civilized and composed than the GT-R. The Z is more grand touring than the GT-R, and will be driven with a manual transmission. However, recent history shows that many people prefer a stickshift. Although we don’t know the exact price, the latest information suggests that the car will be available for purchase in the US in June.
The hype surrounding this car continues to be strong, even though the Toyota GR Corolla has been attracting some attention recently. The Z arrives at a time when there are many options for enthusiasts. The next BMW M2 will be announced later in the year. There are many options for fun cars, depending on your budget.
