Tesla no longer publishes horsepower and torque figures for its vehicles. The Model-Y Performance has 462 horsepower (345 kilowatts), and 471 poundfeet (639 Newton meters). A dyno video taken from 2020 showed that a stock example produced 502 horsepower (374 kW).
Tesla claims that the Model Y Performance can travel 60 miles an hour (96 km per hour) in 3.5 seconds. It takes this one 4.12 seconds to reach 62 mph (100 km/h). In 12.22 seconds, the crossover covers the quarter-mile. The crossover can reach speeds of 124 mph (200 km/h) in 16.34 seconds.
According to the official specifications, the Model Y Performance can reach speeds of 155 mph (250 kph). This video shows how the vehicle manages to reach that speed for just a second before slowing down. It takes 42.77 seconds to reach that speed from a standing position.
