Motor Trend‘s annual World’s Greatest Drag Race brings together the fastest cars for a quarter mile across a runway. The new video compiles all the races from 2011 through 2019, and makes it into a 23-minute clip that showcases amazing automotive performance.

These nine videos have too many vehicles to list. There’s a good chance that a car from the past decade you’d like to see will show up at least once in these drag races.

It is fascinating to observe the changes in automotive performance over time. The Nissan GT-R won this race in 2011 with a time 11.2 seconds. This narrowly beat the Ferrari 458 Italia by 11.3 seconds.

In 2016, the Audi R8 Plus covered the distance in 10.6 seconds, while a McLaren GT1_ was right behind it at 10.7 seconds. The 2017 edition of the race is electric with a Model S running the distance in 10.5 seconds and a Ferrari 4488 GTB just behind it at 10.6 seconds.

2018 is even faster than 2017, when the McLaren completes the quarter-mile in 10.2 seconds. With a time of 10.08 seconds, the McLaren Senna runs the quarter-mile in the fastest time in 2019.
