It’s an aftermarket genius.
Build Biology is a YouTube show that dissects unique builds and reveals every detail. Bisi Ezerioha is the owner of Bisimoto Engineering and shows Hoonigans her custom Porsche986 also known as the Boxster. It’s not a regular custom-built car. This one-off is equipped with a central seat, some NOS-esque systems, and a lot of biturbo genius. Bisimoto Engineering may be familiar to you because they made the monster 1,029-horsepower Honda Odyssey which stole the show at 2013 Specialty Equipment Market Association’s (SEMA). This was one mom van that would earn you street cred.
Ezerioha’s modified Boxster was more than street cred. We have a 30-minute video that explains why it’s an aftermarket genius. Ezerioha also made the Boxster’s central seating arrangement lighter by using a lot more carbon fiber parts. The carbon fiber rims of Carbon Revolution 19 inches weigh less than 20 lbs. Bisimoto also added a rear view camera display to the Boxster. It was mounted on the rearview mirror. This is a clever idea, especially considering that a central seat position will not allow you to see what’s behind your back.
Modified Boxsters also get a “TO PASTE” button that works just like Formula 1’s Kers system, but without regeneration. It’s a NOS button for the car, which can increase the output from 420 up to 526 horsepower. You can also use the “LINE LOCK” button to get burnouts. The back is where biturbo can be connected. There is also liquid-to-air intercooling. The video below provides more information. Although it may take 30 minutes, we guarantee that you will enjoy every minute of it.
