The best thing about this amphibious Ford Fiesta is its ability to be recognized as an Amphibious Ford even when it appears unfamiliar. While the upper half is from the subcompact vehicle, the bottom shows the fiberglass body of Dutton Reef. These wheels also come from stock Fiesta alloys.

A few modifications were made to this Fiesta in order for the conversion process to work. For obvious reasons, the engine has been moved behind rear seats. The exhaust has been moved higher to make it more practical. To accommodate the mid-engine configuration, the wheelbase was extended. The roof was removed for open-air boating.

A transfer case allows propellers to transmit power while they are in water. The pedal controls acceleration, and the steering wheel controls the rudders.

While it is a fun boat, there are some drawbacks. It is not a speedboat, but it can cruise at 7 knots or 8 miles per hour on the water. However, there aren’t many Ford Fiestas that can drive both on land and water.
