This Jeep isn’t afraid of damaged roads.
A magnitude 7.0 earthquake hit Alaska just north of Anchorage less than a week back. There were no reported fatalities following the earthquake. There was however extensive damage to roads, bridges, and buildings. Although most drivers wouldn’t consider crossing heavily damaged roads, this Jeep CJ7 was able to take on the challenge. You can always count on the Jeep for help when times get tough.
The footage clearly shows that Mother Nature has opened up the road once a good one. This is a scene straight out of a post-apocalyptic sci-fi movie. The owner had no other options but to navigate through the rubble and broken asphalt to get to the other side of the road. As seen on the Jeep n’ Alaska facebook group.
This CJ7 is capable of tackling rough terrain thanks to its weathered exterior and aftermarket wheels. You can also see a winch up front and performance suspension. It was easy to see the driver’s articulation when he started navigating the rubble. This is a great way to see if your Jeep can handle the terrain.
The most nerve-wracking moment was the first plunge into the wreckage. The Jeep sank just a little. It was easy from there. All the modifications were not just for show. Are you just another mall crawler? We don’t believe so.
