This is wild.
Kagan talks about his love of F1 cars from the late 1960s, such as the Lotus 49, in the video. He used Forza Motorsport to create a shell, and settled on a design which resembles an old open-wheel race car. The project began with the purchase of a Boxster, the most affordable running model in the US. He bought one for $2,500 and got a running engine, transmission, brakes, steering rack, and other parts he needed. It also features a pushrod suspension.
He still had a lot of work to do after six months and the car’s first day on the track. The final touches at the track were not completed by him. He had to fix a crank pressure issue that had developed during a dyno test and repair the radiator. Kagan’s car cruises around the track, passing the front straight with gusto before the video ends. However, it isn’t going full-tilt around this course yet.
Kagan has been working on the project for eight months and it is still far from being finished. Kagan concludes by saying that there will be more content in future. He has thousands of ideas and wants to see the F1 car complete. Although it is a challenging build, it is progressing quite well. We are eager to see the final product and any other creations that he creates.
