Block’s stunts are revealed in The Gymkhana Files.
In October 2017, Ken Block revealed that he would launch a streaming series via Amazon Prime. The first teaser has been released almost one year later. You don’t need to wait long to see the behind-the scenes look at Block’s stunts. The Gymkhana Files premieres on November 16.
This show focuses specifically on the creation of Gymkhana. Block’s stunt-filled videos are a perfect representation of what we see. These clips don’t show how Block prepares for an accident or what he does when it happens. The Gymkhana files will change this by revealing the detailed production required to make just a few moments of driving excitement for you to enjoy.
Gymkhana10 trailer dropped in October 2017. However, it hasn’t been premiered yet. Block and his Hoonigan crew are undertaking their biggest project yet. The stunts include transporting five Fords with all-wheel drive to different locations. One of them is a modified 1970s Ford F-Series pickup that has two turbos visible on the hood. A Ford Escort Cosworth and the Hoonicorn also made an appearance. It wouldn’t surprise us to see Blocks Ford RS200 at Gymkhana 11.
Gymkhana10 will be available on the Web on December 7, the same day that the eighth and final episode of The Gymkhana Files. It would be a good marketing strategy to have the eagerly awaited video premiere during the show’s run. Block and Amazon could then encourage viewers to view the behind-the scenes streaming series once they have seen the new clip.
