Manhart only makes 10 of them.

Manhart gave the BMW M8 Competition an extensive makeover. The coupe received a number of performance upgrades as well as other goodies. Manhart has only produced 10 units of this luxury cruiser’s latest Manhart MH8 800.

The tuner will crank the twin-turbo, 4.4-liter V8 from 625 horsepower (466kilowatts), and 553 poundfeet (705 Newton-meters), to 823 HP (613 kW) & 789 lbf (1,070 Nm). Manhart achieves this boost using a combination of hardware and software upgrades. Manhart upgrades its turbo and intercooler, swaps out its intake and exhaust, and then uploads new software. The new stainless steel exhaust ends in four 100-millimeter-diameter tailpipes.
Manhart also offers race downpipes that do not require a catalytic converter. However, this upgrade is not road legal in most areas. For a better driving experience, the coupe receives adjustable KW springs. Manhart’s 21-inch staggered Spider wheels are fitted to the M8, with the rears measuring 1 inch wider than those on the front.

The tuner adds a black radiator grille to the BMW, along with many carbon-fiber goodies via Manhart’s carbon package. The front spoiler, side skirts, and rear diffuser were upgraded. A decal kit was also included to let the world know that this is not your regular M8 Competition. The package is subtle in this example’s matte-blue paintwork. The tuner kept it simple inside, adding an Alcantara steering column with a carbon accent.

Manhart MH8 800 Limited 01/10 looks great with its powerful powertrain and subtle improvements in the design department. He loves creating high-powered BMWs as well as vehicles from other luxury brands like Mercedes and Audi. This example in matte blue is the fifth of a limited-production run.
