You may recall the DipYourCar YouTube channel painting a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution with Musou Black. This special paint absorbs 99.4 percent visible light, making real-world objects appear two-dimensional. The team has a new and more ambitious plan. The Lancer Evo looks great in this combination of deep black, sparkles and purple hues. However, it is not durable enough to be used on an automobile regularly. DipYourCar cautions against trying this at home as it is too costly and won’t last.
Musou Black is available for purchase at 2,500 yen (24.19 at the current exchange rates). This price includes a 100-milliliter (3.38-ounce) bottle. It is not easy to paint a car.
