VATH Giant with 585hp – Based on Mercedes ML 63AMG

German tuner boosts the ML 63 AMG to 585 hp, 690 Nm of torque, and also adds a high-performance brake and adjustable suspension that can lower the SUV by up to 40 mm.

The ML 63AMG by VATH Automobiltechnik is one of the most powerful SUVs on the road. It features a VATH 6.3 liter V8 engine that produces 585 hp as well as 690 Nm of torque.

How can VATH claim that this AMG engine is its own? The German tuner substituted the specially forged pistons and enlarged the channels on the cylinder heads. It also added large intake and exhaust valves, a sports camshaft, and valve springs. The ECU tuning that they do seems to be the least important part of all this.
