Its appearance convention is just a trick.
What do the prototype Volkswagen Aero B EV and NASCAR have in common? The vinyl stickers that are used to identify features like grilles or lights on NASCAR racers can only be applied to a generic body. Although it could be said that the prototype’s body could be considered generic, the multitude of vinyl stickers that were placed to trick passers-by into believing that it was a Passat could be the reason.
We’re not the first to see the Aero B. Aero B is actually quite common. We saw the exact same vehicle Nearly a month ago, the same number plate was worn and the same camouflage was used. What is camouflage?
You might ask? This car’s grille is fake. The grille is not covered with tape.
Is The grille and camouflage continue around the headlights, which are only partially true. We suspect that the lights are much slimmer and connected by an LED strip like the one in the photograph.
ID.4 . Side intakes are more trickery. Although they do exist, these vents are small vertical ones and not the trapezoid-shaped trapezoid shapes that we see. However, the lower intake is real. Electric cars need fresh, clean air. These cars don’t require dual exhaust tips like the prototype rear. This sticker is another, as well as a large portion of the taillights. These spy shots allow us to get a close look at the car. We can also see body-colored stickers covering most of the rear fascia. Volkswagen does a great job hiding this new electric vehicle.
VW is still in the initial stages of testing and this is only our second sighting. Although a full reveal is unlikely until 2023, it may break cover by the end 2022.
