You’ll love this new body kit.

Oettinger engineers will unveil two new VW vehicles at the Worthersee gathering, in addition to the GTI concepts and the apprentice-designed GTI concepts. Wolfsburg fans will have the opportunity to admire a hot GTI and a hot GolfR.

Oettinger added a unique aerodynamic bodykit to the MKVII GTI. This gave it a sharp new look. This kit features a new front spoiler and front splitter, side skirts, a quad tailpipe rear diffuser and a roof-mounted spoiler that has open racing flaps.

The quad exhaust system can be used with either the 2.0-liter standard engine or the 2.0-liter diesel engine on the GTD. Oettinger offers an engine upgrade at an additional cost. This increases total horsepower to 380 (283 Kilowatts) instead of the standard 210 (163 kilowatts).

The Oettinger Golf R is more powerful than the Golf R. The engine was modified to produce 500 horsepower (372kW) in this application. The entire block has been completely rebuilt, including new forged pistons, steel connecting rods, upgraded gearboxes, stronger DSG clutches and coilover suspension.

This performance is paired with an aggressive new body kit that matches its GTI sibling. It includes a new front spoiler, diffuser, side skirts and rear diffuser as well as a roof-mounted spoiler with open racing flasks and roof-mounted spoiler. To complete the package, both cars have received new wheels.

Oettinger does not provide any information about the cost of the performance upgrades or packages. The Worthersee will have the cars on display, regardless of their price.
