Wald’s first Toyota Land Cruiser is a winner. The SUV’s popularity grew from Eastern Europe to the rest of the world.
Since their inception, Japanese company Wald International has produced some very interesting body kits. They have earned a reputation for being a top-notch tuner who will take on any Japanese or European premium vehicle.
The company’s latest creation is the first. Toyota’s Wald 200 Land Cruiser Sports Line Black Bison Edition was the first vehicle that they have attacked that isn’t a minivan. It is also the 8th vehicle in their Sports Line Black Bison range.
Other models in the range include the four Mercedes-Benz models S-Class W221, CL-Class C216, C-Class C204, C-Class C204, C-Class C204 and R-Class C251; the Lexus IS F Sports Line; Toyota Alphard and, of course, the Nissan GT-R.
The Wald Land Cruiser edition was initially designed for the Russian and Eastern European markets. However, the SUV could be seen on three continents if there is a positive response from Australia, Europe and the Middle East. No surprise that there has been a lot of interest in the vehicle. The company wanted to create a vehicle that was “Aggressive and Powerful” with a muscular style. Sometimes, a tuner will go too far in pursuit of these qualities.
Wald engineers managed to design their Land Cruiser in a strong yet elegant manner. The new front bumper, which features integrated fog lamps, stands out in a bold manner that is matched by new sideills. Rear bumper uses the same mesh as the front but also features new reflectors and more space for the quad-exhaust. The blacked-out Mahora 20-inch M11C wheels match the paint very well. However, we prefer the five-point chrome-look wheels to add some contrast. The rear spoiler is the only thing that cannot be removed. It looks very out of place.
This is a great design by a very interesting company. If not, the Wald 200 Land Cruiser Sports Line Black Bison Edition should be available soon.
