We are intrigued.
If you haven’t noticed, William James Adams Jr. is Mercedes-AMG’s brand ambassador for electrified vehicles. The announcement was made September 2021. At the center of attention was the GT 63 S E Performance. Now they have teamed up for something really special, which will be revealed on Thursday May 5. But what exactly is this?
The shadowy teaser image shows the coupe’s side profile. The car seems to have two doors, which is what we mean. The car has a very long hood and a short rear, reminding us of the S Class Coupe. It was discontinued, and the electrified engine wasn’t available to it. You can choose from a bespoke design, a preview next-generation AMG GT Coupe or a vehicle that is based on either the E-Class Coupe Coupe or the AMG GT Four-Door Coupe. The front fascia is polarizing because it’s unusually chunky for such a small coupe. We are curious how it is possible to have a cohesive design using such unique styling cues.
According to rapper he “created” a Mercedes-AMG car by himself. This is a bold statement, considering that the car will be unique. According to Will.I.Am, the vehicle will be used to “fund inner-city school engineering programs that prepare our youth for technological tomorrow.” We can speculate that an auction could be held for the electrified vehicle with proceeds going to a worthy cause. This wild contraption will be following the Project Maybach. The unique design was developed in collaboration with fashion designer Virgil Abloh and unveiled in December 2021. The coupe had a square front, but it was equipped with off-road features like all-terrain tires and body cladding.
