Also, custom Vossen wheels.
The debuts of several factory-modified Ford Broncos as well as Bronco Sports were held at the SEMA Show. However, not one of these vehicles had a lower suspension. Although riding low isn’t the right choice for the models, two companies were able to give the Bronco a sleek, modern look that didn’t compromise its off-road abilities.
Vossen Wheels collaborated with AccuAir suspension experts to create a Bronco equipped with adaptive air suspension. This is the first ever lowered Bronco, which can still fit 35-inch tires under the overland-ready Fenders. The suspension can be fully aired out and acts as an off-roader’s three-inch lift kit. This will give you better performance on all terrains.
Vossen supplied the Vossen Hybrid Forged HHF6-3 wheels in Anthracite (20×9.5 inches) These wheels are covered in Toyo Open CountryMT tires which are the factory-spec tires for this Bronco. The SUV comes in Area 51 Blue color. Other than the upgraded suspension and wheels, everything else is stock.
The adjustable air suspension works in conjunction with the factory Bilstein shocks, and keeps the G.O.A.T. All factory off-road functions are also available on the Bronco 6G’s adjustable air suspension. You can control the entire system via a Bluetooth-connected smartphone or wired stainless steel touchpad. In a matter of seconds, the driver can adjust the settings to make it easier or harder for others.
AccuAir claims the suspension upgrade kit will become available in spring 2022. Vossen already sells the wheels it provided for the project. The HF6-3 series comes in sizes 20-, 22 and 24 inches in five standard finishes and nine custom finishes. Prices start at $749 for a wheel.
