In a matter of weeks, Bugatti will deliver the Centodieci’s first production model to a customer. The supercar manufacturer is using the opportunity to build excitement for the release by highlighting the craftsmanship that went into the construction of the Centodieci’s cabin.

The Centodieci’s exterior pays homage the Bugatti EB 110 of the 1990s. This inspiration also carries over into the interior. According to the brand, the styling of the center tunnel, instrument panel and door panels draws inspiration from the Bugatti EB 110 from the 1990s.

“With the elegant quilted design and perforations, it orientated us towards the Centodieci’s historical predecessor, Bugatti EB 110 Super Sport design,” Jorg Graumer, Head Color and Trim at Bugatti Design.

Each Centodieci interior is assembled by Bugatti’s technicians who are meticulous. Each one takes 16 weeks to put together. The four-day process of embossing the EB logo on each headrest takes more than four days. The company also employs someone to hand-stitch each square of quilted leather on its seats. To ensure that everything is in perfect condition, the chair are inspected for a full day.

Bugatti’s W16 quad-turbo engine of 8.0-liters produces 1,600 horsepower (1.176 kilowatts) for the Centodieci. The supercar can reach speeds of 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.4 seconds and 124 mph (220 kph), respectively, in 6.1 seconds and 13.1 seconds. The electronically limited top speed is 236 mph (380 km/h).

The EB 110 was equipped with a quad-turbo 3.5 liter V12 that produced 603 hp (450 kW), for the Super Sport version. It made 552 horsepower (412 kW) in the GT version. The faster version could reach 62 mph in just 3.3 seconds, and can go up to 218 mph (351 km/h) at its maximum speed.

Bugatti has only ten Centodieci units under construction at EUR8 million each. They all have buyers.
