We’re still waiting patiently for Cadillac’s all-new Escalade to be revealed with its huge OLED curving screen. Instead, we found a 13-year old example of this upmarket SUV. We’re not dealing with some third-generation luxobarge. This Escalade was built for SEMA by General Motors.

Under the hood is a supercharged, 6.2-liter V8 motor sourced from a second-generation CTS-V. Although output is not listed in the listing, we will remind you that the LSA engine derived form the Corvette C6 ZR1 LS9 was good at 556 horsepower at 6,100 rpm as well as 551 pound-feet (747 Newton meters) at 3,800 rpm in the 2009 CTS–V.
The SUV’s standard wheels were replaced by a special 24-inch set with Brembo brakes, custom suspension springs, and a one-off shiny 24 inch set. This one-off production included some body panels and a billet front grille. Recaro seats were also added to the cabin by GM.
The Escalade is not allowed to be driven on public roads. If you are still interested in the unique SUV, the Scottsdale sale in Arizona will auction it off without reserve on January 17. Cadillac will unveil the fifth-generation Escalade at an event in Los Angeles on February 4, before it goes on sale as a 2021MY later this year.
