Mercedes-Benz has launched a marketing campaign to boost its efforts and offer viewers the chance of winning a brand new C43 AMG. The campaign is called “Last Fan Standing” and, like its name, will require users to stay focused on the prize for as many days as possible.

A modern version of a classic challenge, “Last Fan Standing” is a test of patience and endurance. Participants must keep their fingers on the Mercedes-AMG Mercedes-C43 posted at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. To test their skills before the event, smartphone users can visit LastFanStanding.com starting on January 31.

Drew Slaven (VP of Marketing for MBUSA) stated that they wanted to go beyond traditional game-day executions. They wanted to do something more representative of the social co-viewing phenomenon that game day has become. People alternate between socializing on the small screen and watching it on their big screens.

“Earlier this year, we launched a digital campaign called “Join the Obsessed” for high-performance Mercedes AMG models. That’s what inspired Last Fan Standing. May the most obsessed win on February 4.

Mercedes will keep track of how many people remain in the challenge over time. The last person standing will win the coupe. The Mercedes-AMG C43 is powered by a biturbocharged, V6 engine that produces 362 horsepower (269 Kilowatts) as well as 384 pound-feet (502 Newton-meters) of torque.
