The new Bronco will be available very soon to replace the 1966 model year’s original, which was almost given an entirely different name but still very familiar.

The Jeep off-roader that was the predecessor to the Wrangler was called the CJ back then. It wasn’t until 1987 when the series was rebranded as Wrangler. Ford’s product planner Don Frey decided that the project would be continued with the original Bronco name, which was more closely associated to the Mustang.
Ford will soon have the Bronco back in its showrooms. The manufacturer expects to unveil the revived SUV this spring. There will be at least two versions: the regular Bronco or the smaller Bronco Sport. Rumours also suggest a Bronco truck. The first two versions are now out of the bag. unofficial photos showed most of the exterior designs for both SUVs. In a few weeks, all should be revealed.
