Pagani Zonda Revolution Sounds Like It’s Possessed by The Devil

It eats hybrids and electric vehicles.

Some people like to have a Pagani Zonda Revolutioncion hanging in their living room. That’s fine. Let them do what they want. Some people have a different way of celebrating the Italian supercar: take it to the track, and smash the accelerator.

YouTuber Marchettino was able to capture one of these Zonda R owners at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, Imola. This video shows the “Black Minion Zonda zipping around the track, while the exhaust crackles, snaps and pops. The owner slows down, downshifts gears, before entering the corner and then accelerates out of it. This Zonda is so demonic that it needs to be exorcised. It is a shame for other race cars.

It should sound incredible when the driver can open the throttle on a multi-million-dollar supercar. The powertrain is a big help. The 6.0-liter V12 engine produces 800 horsepower and 545 pound feet of torque (739 Newton meters of torque). The Pagani is reminiscent of a Formula 1 car in certain instances if you close your eyes. The six-speed magnesium transversal with sequential gearbox controls all this power. It can change gears in 20 milliseconds.

The Zonda R has a lot of aerodynamic technology, in addition to its massive power output. The rear wing of the supercar has a drag reduction system. There are two operating modes that the driver can activate at any moment. The DRS button can be used to manually control the system. It allows the driver to change the rear wing’s downforce setting at a speed of no less than 62 miles an hour (100 km per hour). The automatic mode is activated by holding the DRS button down for 2 seconds. This allows the system to use algorithms created by Pagani engineers and provides the best performance.

The video is purely about the Pagani Zonda Revolution. This is a beautiful supercar with a spectacular soundtrack. There are few other cars that can match it. Turn up the volume to enjoy the car’s music.
