You can fit six-piston brakes or an active exhaust.
Roush has announced its upgrade package to the 2021 Ford F-150. The company targets people who want a more powerful truck, but don’t need the full-bore Raptor. Prices start at $16,745, and include the option of either the 302AXLT or 502A Lariat grade for the upgrades.
A new grille featuring Roush branding and integrated LED lighting are part of the body upgrades. The bumper cover features larger openings to allow for more airflow and functional heat extractors at the fenders to vent heat from the engine compartment.
Roush adds flares at the ends of the truck to make it 2.8 inches wider. The company can fit 20-inch wheels in satin gray with 33-inch General Tire Grabber A/TX tire wraps around them.
Roush offers a $325 option that includes black accents on the hood, roof and tailgate.
Performance upgrades include an upgraded suspension that offers two inches of front leveling. You can choose from a standard performance exhaust or the optional active exhaust with electronic controls to adjust the sound for $1800. For $2,975, customers can choose six-piston front brakes.
Standard interiors include Roush pedals, WeatherTech floor liners, unique badging and WeatherTech floor liners. The XLT is available in two-tone gray or black leather with hex-shaped stitches. The Lariat comes in black leather. The $660 Ready Package adds an offroad utility kit and a console vault.
The spy photos show that Roush is working on a supercharged F-150. The Ford’s 5.0-liter Coyote engine V8 is forced inducted, resulting in at least 650 horsepower. An upgraded suspension will likely be available with Fox Performance Series components.
