Santa gets a new sleigh with the Dodge Challenger SRT Redeye

Bill Goldberg is a strong Santa Claus.

Santa Claus’ sleigh requires serious speed in order to deliver toys around the globe on Christmas Day. Dodge has a new commercial that converts a Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye to the ultimate toy-carrying vehicle. The commercial doesn’t show Kris Kringle as chubby, but Bill Goldberg, a muscle-bound former professional wrestler, is cast as Santa.

Santa is seen looking at his sleigh, and he declares that his ride needs an upgrade. The elf and his assistants then open a door to reveal Dodge’s range of SRT performance models. These include the Challenger and Charger. After inspecting them, they began to build Kris Kringle a supercharged car to haul toys.

This creation is a Challenger sliced up with a speedster-style windshield and side exit exhausts. Santa will be protected if something goes wrong, as there is a roll hoops in the back.

A new Hellcat logo is available that features antlers on the cat. It can be thought of as a replacement to the reindeer. Look out for the Hellcat-wearing antler emblem on Dodge’s upcoming T-shirts.

Dodge will use the advertisement to launch a campaign featuring Goldberg’s Santa Claus as a brand spokesperson. Look out for posts on YouTube and Instagram in early December that show how the Challenger-based sleigh transforms from an old-school sleigh. Cristy Lee, All Girls Garage host, will play Mrs. Claus in some clips.
