Spring Fest 15 will see Mopar enthusiasts gather from all over the world. A little hint may be found in the poster.
You’re likely a Dodge enthusiast or a Dodge owner and counting down to the So-Cal Spring Festival 2015. This huge gathering has been a popular destination for Mopar enthusiasts since its inception. Over the past 15 years, there have been an increasing number of classic and modern Dodge muscle cars at this event. Dodge is a strong brand with loyal customers. Their cars are high-horsepower, proven muscle cars that can compete with the best in their respective categories. Spring Festival 15 is the perfect place to unveil new products or adds to existing vehicles. That’s at least what people are guessing based on one small detail.
The Muscle Cars and Trucks guys noticed the tiny detail. It has to do the event poster. The poster shows the blue Dodge Charger RT Hellcat. You’ll be familiar with FCA products and the large hood looks exactly like the one on the Dodge Demon. If you ask the internet if this was a mistake made by the artists, or a hint at a new Charger hood option, most people will say that it is the former. Dodge is known for dropping subtle easter eggs. This was evident when they disguised the Dodge Challenger 50th anniversary Edition as an A version with unique Gold Rush paint. It is quite possible that Dodge will launch a Charger with a comparable spec to the Demon, but that’s just for now.
Spring Festival 15 attendees can look forward to a variety of activities such as ride with professional drivers in Dodge Charger or Challenger models as well as the opportunity to browse over 50 vendors selling parts and upgrades. The “Mecca of Mopar”, which will be held at Auto Club Raceway, Pomona (California) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, will take place March 20-21.
