The Ford F-150 can do burnouts backwards and is confusing to look at

Yes, this led to multiple stops by the police.

We’ve seen some strange stuff here in Motor1. Out of all the strange things we have covered, custom trucks running backwards are our favorite. They are mind-boggling to see with their long front bed and short rear hood.

The three big trucks from Detroit are our most popular with this configuration. A confused Chevy truck was spotted in a video, while an classic 1952 Ford truck was also spotted.

However, the one shown by 1320video on YouTube may be the most extreme. It looks very much like an ordinary 1985 Ford F-150 with the bull horn ornament and hood. It will be a puzzle to see it moving, especially with the steering mechanism under the bed.

The truck was spotted at an Indiana Cleetus and Cars show. It also has its engine within the bed. The steering wheel faces the front windshield, while the seats face the rear.

According to the owner, the truck was almost to be scrapped when he bought it. The truck is exactly the same one you see in this video.

If you are wondering if this truck is legal, don’t be surprised to learn that it is. You can see the encounters in the video, along with bonus footages from burnout and ride-alongs.
