The Kia EV7 is the brand’s flagship electric SUV for 2024

It will be built on the E-GMP architecture.

Kia released more information about its electrification strategy in January and teased about a new member to its EV lineup that will arrive in 2024. In an effort to reveal the model’s secrets, the manufacturer released only one shadowy image of a high-riding machine. We now have a new rendering.

The EV7 has been tentatively called. It was designed by Motor.es. Based on this preview, it looks like a big machine. Automaker announced that all future EVs will be built on the Electric Global Modular Platform, jointly developed by Hyundai.

The attached image shows that the EV7 may have room for seven passengers and a spacious cabin, which is hidden beneath a heavy body. The exterior design can be described as being creased. This should allow engineers to maximize interior space. We expect the large electric SUV with AWD to feature an E-GMP platform.

a prototype EV7 was spotted last month on the road. The spy photo indicated that the rear end would have large hatches and high-mounted taillights. We can only assume that the electric vehicle will not look like the brand’s hybrid or combustion-powered sport utility vehicles.

Hyundai will offer an identical version of the EV7, it is worth mentioning. The so-called Ioniq 7 was teased by the South Korean manufacturer in May. It is expected to debut again in 2024. Our colleagues at WithinEVs suggested that the vehicle might have a range of up 249 miles (400 km) per charge. However, nothing is confirmed.
