According to the company, this is the last Zonda. However, we’ve heard it before.
The Pagani Zonda supercar refuses to die despite its C12 predecessors debuting in 1999. It’s not the last . However, LMM Design has claimed it is.
The car will be a Pagani Zonda 760 Roadster. It will allegedly be the fifth entry in the brand’s 760 Series. LMM Design will be responsible for specifying the design elements of this special machine for a long-term customer. Pagani will be responsible for the actual construction at its factory.
LMM has yet to discuss the unique styling elements that make this Zonda special. Although the teaser image of the supercar at the side seems to show the entire body in carbon fiber, it doesn’t seem like the right choice for the machine.
These images show the assembly of this Zonda. The carbon fiber monocoque can be clearly seen. Workers are installing the engine in the rear sub-frame.
This car, like other Zonda 760-series cars, likely uses the Mercedes AMG-sourced 7.3-liter V12 motor that produces 750 horsepower (559 kilowatts/760 metric horsepower) as well as 575 pound-feet (780 Newton meters) of torque.
LMM Design claims it will debut the Zonda Roadster in 2022. It is possible that the machine could still be months away, even though it is only a year old.
Pagani will also debut a new model in 2022 with codename C10. Mercedes-AMG twin turbo 6.0-liter V12 engine powers the vehicle. Although the output is lower than the Huayra (22 to 30 Kilowatts), it’s still a powerful machine. You can choose between a manual and dual-clutch transmission.
Pagani intends to build between 280-300 examples of the C10, which also includes all planned variants. All of the variants are already in demand.
