Terry L. Karges, Executive Director of Petersen Automotive Museum, stated that “As the most prestigious automotive museum in the world, we continually strive to educate our visitors about automotive history and technology and design, and how it has affected both local and international culture.” The Vault presented to Hagerty will allow the public to choose their tour experience and view compelling new content that is not available before at the Petersen.

Recent renovations have given the exhibit 40,000 square feet more display space, nearly tripling the original vault’s size. The exhibit will feature more than 120 years worth of automotive history, as well as some of the most rare vehicles in the world. There are three tour options available: a 75-minute tour for $20 or a 120-minute tour for $30. The Tour of the Legends is $75 and will be offered later in the summer.
